Cuba is infectious and captivates everyone that visits, leaving a long lasting impression on the soul. The fading grandeur of it’s colonial colourful past and magnificent architecture,  the diversity of it’s animated people and of course the iconic classic cars from 1950’s. Havana is the beating drum, on every street corner one can hear rhumba and afro-Cuban jazz.  Cuba reminds me of being in a time warp disconnected and free from the outside capitalist world but behind the brave faces of the Cuban people there is an apparent feeling of struggle.  The most humbling memories are the ones of the endearing people I’ve met along the way.
